I lead the managerial team of the school. Modern management deals for higher, measurable, visible standards of effectiveness and efficiency and equity to meet the challenges of global competition in rapidly changing world. So, even though, it is not practiced the ISO system in the school arena but DAVSKVB is the first school of this country to apply it effectively. I feel proud by getting help for this from all the departments and wings of the institution.
I focus to establish ‘Educational Culture’ In DAVSKVB through which the stream of norms, values, believes can be shared as people work together, solve problems and confront challenges, I am happy when all the members of teaching staff are making alive my voice through their deeds and duties. I have used Hierachical Strategies when I am working as a planner and resource distributer, transform strategies when I motivate the employees through values and Facilitative strategies when I suggest followers to commit effort.
I firmly believe on the trust, collaboration, teamwork, monitered mission and constant quality improvement. I personally am involved in Quest-Nepal and implemented SQC (Student’s Quality Circle) in the school to fulfill above all matters.
Last but not the least, I always feel free to join the hands with the educational scholars and result oriented personalities of the global world.
