CIRCULAR TO THE PARENTS

(Classes-Nursery to XII)

Dear Parents/ Guardians,

On behalf of the School Family, I would like to extend warm greetings for Dashain and Tihar 2007.

Also, you are kindly requested to make a note of the following headings:-

•  Dashain Vacation: The Dashain Vacation will start from 17 th October, 2007 for the classes Nursery to XII. The School will re-open on 13 th November, 2007. Attendance of the students on the closing and opening day is compulsory.

•  Holiday Assignments: The ‘Holiday Assignments' will be given to the students in the class by their respective subject teachers. Kindly supervise your child and see that your ward completes the assignments given before the school re-opens. These assignments will be evaluated and 5 marks will be forwarded to the 3 rd Terminal Examination except for the subjects carrying 50 marks.

•  Field Trip: The field trip which was scheduled to be held from the 5 th October to 14 th October has now been postponed. A prior notice will be forwarded before the dates are re-scheduled.

•  Winter Uniform: The students are supposed to come to school in their winter uniform when they re-join the school after the Dashian Vacations.

CIRCULAR TO THE PARENTS

(Classes-Nursery to U.K.G)

Dear Parents/ Guardians,

The Second Terminal Examination of the session 2007- 08 will now commence from 3 rd October 2007 for classes Nursery to U.K.G. For details kindly refer to the Examination's Schedule forwarded.

Also, I would like to draw your attention to the below stated points:

•  Syllabus: A copy of the detailed syllabus scheme of study for the Second Terminal Examination has been given to all the students by their respective Class Teachers. Kindly supervise your ward at home to prepare for the Examination.

•  Preparatory Leave: The classes for the students will remain suspended on the 2 nd October, 2007 (Tuesday), as the “Preparatory Leave” for the Second Terminal Examination.

•  Bus Timings : During the Examination(3 rd October to 9 th October 2007), there will be slight changes in the timing of the buses as mentioned below:

~Arrival: As Usual.

~ Dispersal: 2 hours45 minutes earlier than the usual time. i.e.1:00p.m.

Note: Parents of walking students are requested to collect their children at 12:30p.m during the examination.

•  PTC : The PTC for the Second Terminal Examination will be held after the Dashain Vacation. A detailed notice will be forwarded to the Parents after the re-opening of the school.

(Classes-I to IV)

Dear Parents/ Guardians,

The Second Terminal Examination of the session 2007- 08 will now commence from 3 rd October, 2007 for classes I to IV. For details kindly refer to the Examination's Schedule forwarded. ( Also, note that there will be regular classes after the Examination from 10 th to 16 th October 2007 for the students of classes 1 to IV.)

I would like to draw your attention to the below stated points:

•  Syllabus: A copy of the detailed syllabus scheme of study for the Second Terminal Examination has been given to all the students by their respective Class Teachers. Kindly supervise your ward at home to prepare for the Examination.

•  Admit Card: The admit card for the Examination will be distributed on the 1 st October 2007. All the students are required to obtain the same after clearing all the pending dues till the month of Bhadra 2064 (if any), before the Examination. No students will be allowed to appear for the Examination without their Admit Cards.

•  Preparatory Leave: The classes for the students will remain suspended on the 2 nd October, 2007 (Tuesday), as the “Preparatory Leave” for the Second Terminal Examination.

The Second Terminal Examination of the session 2007- 08 will now commence from 3 rd October, 2007 for classes V to XII. For details kindly refer to the Examination's Schedule forwarded.

•  Syllabus: A copy of the detailed syllabus scheme of study for the Second Terminal Examination has been given to all the students by their respective Class Teachers. The students from Classes IX to XII have copied the same in their School's Diary. The parents are suggested to supervise their preparation at home.

•  Admit Card: The admit card for the Examination will be distributed on the 1 st October, 2007. All the students are required to obtain the same after clearing all the pending dues till the month of Bhadra 2064 (if any), before the Examination. No students will be allowed to appear in the Examination without their Admit Cards.
