One of the strongest pillars of this school, working in the faculty is the most challenging. Being an English medium school, the faculty members face an uphill task teaching the students to give form to their thoughts in a language that isn't their mother tongue but should become more than that, if in life they are to be successful.
The impact of globalisation has significantly altered the education scenario. In the teaching learning environment the teacher besides imparting knowledge is expected to act as a facilitator and stretegic partner, creating and maintaining a climate in which

the young minds can develop and learn to contribute confidently and effectively.
This significant change has been realised by the faculty members. So to cultivate competition and reap success, greater emphasis is placed on the learner, to acquire knowledge and skills to enable him to keep pace with the time. The English Week observed annually and the various Inter House competitions like debate, elocution, poem recitation, essay writing, story writing, spelling contest etc. encourage and maintain a competitive advantage as well as creative outburst.
